Breakfast Clubs

“One of the biggest factors that determines success in the classroom is so simple and often overlooked: having breakfast every morning.” (Jean-Claude Gonon 2014).

Breakfast is served between 7.30am until 8.20am. Children arriving after this time will be offered fruit juice or milk, a cereal bar and portion of fresh fruit
A breakfast is included in the price of the session
Children choose from a selection including fruit juice, smoothies, cereal, crumpets, croissants, pancakes, wholemeal or white bread and fresh/dried fruit
A range of activities are available including outdoor play, table top activities, arts and crafts, sports, music and dance.

Unless parents have given consent for their children to play in the yard at 8.40am (only children in Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 are allowed to go out at this time), children are handed to their class teacher/teaching assistant either from inside the school, or in the playground (check with your club manager for details of the procedure for their school).
